These terms cover use of the RapydKlaims website. Use of the platform itself is governed by your master services agreement and Business Associate Agreement, which take precedence wherever they differ from this page.

Content on this site is general information about our software. It is not coding advice, legal advice or a guarantee of reimbursement. Coding and billing decisions remain the responsibility of the provider.

Acceptable use

Do not submit protected health information through public forms on this site. Do not attempt to probe, scan or disrupt the service.

Metrics shown on this site are drawn from specific engagements and are not a promise of the results any other organisation will see.
